We at Barker Animal Hospital understand that this may be a difficult time for you and your pet. We realize a visit to our clinic may be unplanned, and the associated fees are unexpected. We would like to offer the following options to assist you:
Cash payments are gladly accepted.
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit.
A credit card dedicated to health care. It involves a no-cost application, which can be processed immediately. We offer a no-interest payment plan through CareCredit. Please ask one of our staff for additional information or an application if interested.
Veterinary Pet Insurance:
We work with all Veterinary Insurance Providers and can supply you with any information or records you require in order to obtain reimbursement of funds spent on your pet during his/her visit.
No-Shows and Cancellations:
There is a no-show/cancellation fee of $50 for all clients if your appointment is missed, canceled, or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance. This fee also applies to appointments that show up more than 10 minutes late. We ask that you please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to reschedule an appointment so that we may fill your appointment slot with another patient.
Payment is due in full at the time of services.
For hospitalized cases, a deposit is required in advance. The balance is due upon discharge from the hospital. If you should have any questions on the above payment options or if we can be of further assistance to you, please ask one of our staff members. Unpaid balances will accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
Any estimated procedures over the amount of $500.00 will require a 50% deposit upfront. Receipts will be e-mailed to the primary e-mail on file unless stated otherwise.
