Veterinarian Service
Pet In-Home Services
We are starting to offer house calls for wellness visits, hospice (comfort care) and in-home euthanasia.
Our Services Included
In-Home Care
Our Comfort Care veterinarian will visit your home to assess your pet’s care options with your family. Your pet can stay where they are most comfortable, at home.
Personal Care & Support
Our veterinary team is here to provide continuing in-person care, or via video calls, phone calls, and email access to our dedicated veterinary technicians. Your first technician consultation is complimentary prior to scheduling your pet’s in-home visit.
Euthanasia Guidance
Throughout the Comfort Care process, we provide caring guidance to help you determine when your pet’s quality of life can no longer be adequately maintained, and when euthanasia may be the most compassionate choice.
After Care and Memorial Items
As the time comes, we will assist with making these difficult in-home arrangements, along with coordinating aftercare.
The Benefits of Comfort Care Services
Enhanced quality of life, peace of mind for families, promotes independence, and personalized attention.
Our team is here to help your family provide your pet the most comfortable and independent life possible for their diagnosis.
How We Support You
Start The Conversation
Connect with our team by phone, email, or text to schedule your pet’s appointment with one of our Comfort Care veterinarians.
Family Introduction Call
After scheduling, one of our caring palliative care technicians will call to review a pre-appointment assessment. This call is a time for us to listen, learn, and prepare.
At-Home or In Clinic Assessment
Our Comfort Care team will assess your pet’s care options with your family. Includes a conversation about your pet, observation of your pet in their normal environment, and a thorough physical exam.
Personalized Care Plan
We will provide your family with an individualized Comfort Care plan tailored to your pet’s and family’s unique needs and goals. Often, families feel a great sense of relief having a clear plan in place to move forward.
Hospice & Palliative Care
Hospice Care
Hospice care supports pets in the final stage of a terminal illness, providing relief from pain and discomfort. Our team manages symptoms so your pet can spend their remaining time peacefully at home, surrounded by the people they love.
Palliative Care
Palliative care can begin at any stage of a serious illness, alongside other treatments. It focuses on relieving symptoms, reducing stress, and improving overall well-being for your pet and for your family.
Let us be There For Your Beloved Pet
